Outdoor group cycling sessions using a turbo trainer to turn your own bike into a super-effective training machine. If you want to make riding your own bike feel effortless and have fun getting fit in a group, these sessions are for you. Bring a safe, roadworthy bike with standard size wheels (road or mountain bike are fine - not fold-up or Brompton) and learn how to set-up and use a turbo trainer and have fun getting super fit with this low-impact cardio workout.
