Our LIIT, (Low Intensity Interval Training) classes are a great way to get a full body workout without having to push yourself too hard.

Your coach will guide you through a set of low intensity exercises followed by short periods of rest.

We'll provide variations for different fitness levels, so it's perfect for beginners or anyone getting back into fitness.

You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout.

Join the Our Parks Live ABT session from the comfort of your home.

This class is a 30 minute class with no equipment needed however a mat would be useful.

Our Coach will go live at the advertised start time and you can join by clicking the live link.

If you do not have Zoom installed, you can still gain live access by clicking open in your web browser.
