Membership Price List
We currently only run TWO membership types:
- Standard Membership: FREE (entitles you to book all standard membership classes for FREE excluding Premium Classes)
- Premium Membership: £4.99 every 30-days (entitles you to book all Standard and Premium membership classes).
Your right to Cancel your membership
There is no minimum cancellation term and Parkers can cancel anytime for any reason. As an Our Parks LTD customer you can cancel a Premium membership (£4.99) up to 24hours, before scheduled payment date. For notices received less than 24 hours before 30-day payment cycle date, memberships will end 30 days from last payment.
Please note: 24 hours notice qualifies as notice received before midnight (00:00) on the 28th day of your 30-day payment cycle.

Our right to cancel your membership
We will cancel your membership immediately if you:
- Break these terms and conditions
- Put the health, safety or wellbeing of other members or our employees at risk
- Allow other people to use your membership to attend classes
- Engage in disruptive or violent behaviour
All Parkers are entitled to a full refund of premium memberships up to 14 days after purchase no matter what the reason. For refunds, Parkers need to email, phone or write to Our Parks stating their username and reason for refund, on or before the 14th day of their membership:

Our responsibility to you:
We are not legally responsible for any possessions you lose or that are damaged or stolen at the venue by anyone unless we have been negligent. If you have an accident or injure yourself at one of our classes you must report this to the instructor straight away.
Our Parks “Web Applications”: refers to the web pages for Our Parks UK
These are administered by Tranquil Digital, who provides the technology services to Our Parks.
THE COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Every time you connect to our Web Application your IP (Internet Protocol) address registers on our servers. Your IP address reveals no information other than the number assigned to you. We do not use this technology to get any personal data against your knowledge or free will (i.e., automatically recording e-mail addresses of visitors). Nor do we use it for any purpose other than to help us monitor traffic on our website, or (incase of criminal activity or misuse of our information) to cooperate with law enforcement.
We also store the details you provide to us during registration, which are needed to operate the Our Parks site/service (eg. to send you your barcode to access classes). We use this data internally, and make copies of it for backup purposes. We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
