Run Club
Our Parks run club is a running group, which creates an environment for fellow Parkers to run together. Each run is 5K long with a 2.5K lap for those that want to run a shorter distance.

Superhero Fitness
Superhero fitness is a free fun superhero workout geared at children aged between three and seven years old. The session lasts 30 minutes and all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Box Fit
A fun way to get fit through a high intensity full body work-out. The class incorporates solid boxing pad work with body conditioning.
