We are pleased to announce we are planning on starting weekly Rugby Fit sessions for our community of Parkers across 10 locations. Whether you are new to Rugby or returning, Rugby Fit is completely for beginners and will work on increasing your all round fitness level. If you would like a Rugby Fit session in your local park - please fill in the survey below:  

Please note, to deliver the Run Fit sessions, it is not essential to know a lot about Rugby as training will be provided
