Hope you are all recovering after the sunny weekend of free activities in the Queen Elizabeth Park and thank you to all Parkers who celebrated the Baton Relay with us on Sunday.

It's set to be a warm one, so I urge you all to wear sun screen and carry a bottle of water to sessions.

FILMING
Many of you have seen me taking pictures and filming sessions for our website. Just to let you know, I will be filming more sessions this week, so please bring your smiley faces as always.

THE COUNCIL MAGAZINE
As well as videos, a photographer will be popping along to a session in Leyton Jubilee Park this week from a local magazine. If you would be willing to take part in a short telephone interview, on how you are finding our sessions thus far, please can you send me a quick email. We have already had a few responses but it would be good to have more!
