We didn't need Sports England to tell us this but the This Girl Can Campaign has given us an extra reason to shout about how many of you, girls and guys, are making exercise from Hula Hooping to Box Fit to Boot Camp, part of your lives. Let's help spread the word to motivate as many people as possible out into our parks, getting fit for free. #thisgirlcan
