We are loving the Great British Summer weather at the moment and hope you are all staying hydrated while you park!

Abs, Bums & Thighs Saturday 10am Book
JUST BEACHY!
We have been asked to deliver sessions at some amazing events across London this summer. Our coaches have been busy boxing in Bloomsbury Square Gardens, rocking in Regent’s Park and next week we will be strutting our stuff in the sand for the pop-up beach at the Olympic Park. Beach East is completely free, so why not bring your friends and family down for some fun in the sun… Click here for more info
Next weekend (18th & 19th) we will also be at the Walthamstow Garden Party in Lloyd Park running 30 minute taster sessions – and checking out the best of the local bands, of course!

SOCIAL SPORTS - NETBALL
Our Social Sports program is gathering momentum and we will be launching Social Netball in Brent and Harrow from early September. This is a great way to get back into the game you loved at school, or try it for the first time – all abilities welcome.

KINGSTON & SOUTHWARK
Our Parks is spreading South(ish)! We are very excited to be delivering in the Royal borough of Kingston-Upon-Thames from the end of July, which will be closely followed by Southwark at the beginning of August.
We are so excited to get the chance to spread the word across the capital and bring FREE outdoor exercise to new parks and parkers. We want to say a big THANK YOU for all your support in getting us there.
HACKNEY
Back in East London, the Hackney programme is going live on 20th July, so Hackney Parkers make sure youbook your classes next week!
CAMDEN
This will be followed by Camden launching on Saturday 25th July 2015.
CENTRAL BEDFORDSHIRE

SUMMER SOCIAL
You parkers are just so busy over the summer enjoying the outdoors that we have decided to hold an end of summer social when everyone is back from holidays, and will be in touch with more details in due course and hope to tempt you indoors for a drink and chance to catch up with one another.
