Our 30 minute gentle Stretch classes are great for adding some fitness back into your routine.
This class is great if you’ve been inactive for a while; our coaches always offer modifications so you can take it at your own pace!
You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout.
If the 14:00 session at Kingsbury Library is fully booked, you can attend the next session at 14:30. Please book your space with the librarian at Kingsbury Library on arrival.
Please note the capacity for the session is 11 people, so bookings will be taken on a first-come-first served basis at the library.
