Free Our Parks exercise classes at Victory park funded by Get Living.  

Classes include abs, bums and thighs, bootcamp and yoga many more. Following the Government latest guidelines when you are outside you can continue to meet in groups of up to six people from different households, following social distancing guidelines.  

No equipment will be provided so please bring your own mat, water and hand wipes. Only Parkers booked onto this session will be admitted to take part.

A fun way to get fit through a high intensity full body work-out. The class incorporates solid boxing workout with body conditioning

Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions/time.
