EXERCISE FOR THE WEEKEND

WARM UP

Jumping jacks with up right row 30 secs

Jumping jacks with shoulder press 30 secs

Jumping jacks with chest press 30 secs

Jumping jacks normal 30 secs

WORKOUT

HIIT  6 rounds of 6 exercises for 60 seconds with a 15 sec pin point break.

  1. HIGH KNEES
  2. PLANK JACKS
  3. CYCLE CRUNCHES
  4. PLANK TO PRESS
  5. PLYO SUMO
  6. TRICEP DIPS

COOL DOWN

Seated Groin stretch

Quad stretch

Seated hamstring stretch

Tricep stretch
