Our 60 minute beginner ABT classes introduce body weight exercises with intervals all with a focus on strengthening the Abs, Bum, and Thighs!
This all levels class is perfect for beginners as our friendly coaches offer many different variations to suit all levels.
You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout.
