Description: 

Park Athletics is a fun, inclusive session for adults to try a range of athletic activities, including short running challenges, jumps, hill runs, and sprints. This session is for anyone wanting to improve their fitness using athletics-based training specifically hill sprints. The session will consist of drills to improve sprinting technique and hill repetitions. Depending on your ability, the session will be tailored to you. You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout. Please register and Book In for your class to reserve your space & of course we'd love for you to bring a friend along as well!
