Our 60 minute ABT classes for LBTH Staff only introduce body weight exercises with intervals all with a focus on strengthening the Abs, Bum, and Thighs!
This all levels class is perfect for beginners as our friendly coaches offer many different variations to suit all levels.
Perfect for those who want to get back to exercise or are new to exercise, with all abilities welcome.
You may wish to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout.
