60 Minute Cardio Pilates session, excellent for people new to exercise or returning to exercise from time away.
Join us in the open air and learn to mobilize your whole body, strengthen your posture and regulate your breath.
Main benefits include the development of your balance, coordination and sense of calm.
No equipment will be provided, please bring your own mat, water and hand wipes.
