Our 60 minute Bootcamp style workout offers a full body workout.

This class is suited to all levels, as our coaches always offer modifications so you can take it at your own pace!

You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout.

  • 20:00: Week 9, Day 3 workout Live with Prem (30 mins Core)
