Description: 

Our Strength based exercise session is ideal for adding some fitness back into your routine. This class is great if you’ve been inactive for a while; our coaches always offer modifications so you can take it at your own pace! This class is suited to all levels, as our coaches always offer modifications so you can take it at your own pace! You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout. Please register and Book In for your class to reserve your space & of course we'd love for you to get a friend to book on as well! ***Things to note: The Studio is locked, so participants can sit in the library when they arrive until the studio doors are open***
