Walking football is a slower-paced version of soccer emphasizing walking with one foot on the ground at all times, making it safer and more accessible for older adults, people returning from injury, or anyone wanting low-impact exercise, focusing on passing, skill, and fitness rather than high-intensity sprinting, with few-contact rules and kick-ins instead of throw-ins.
Walking football improves mobility, cardiovascular health, and is a great way to keep fit.
You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout.
