Please read: The class takes place in the main hall nearest Cadogan Terrace. It has a blue door. Please knock if the door is closed. There are gates to the athletics club from both Victoria park and Cadogan Terrace.
Yoga is excellent for improving flexibility, strength, all round fitness, well-being and stress reduction.
