Yoga is excellent for improving flexibility, strength, all round fitness, well-being and stress reduction. Please bring mats to this session and if you require a mat please contact the teacher through the private messaging function prior to the session.
Anyone who arrives after 11:10 will not be allowed in as the session will have started.
