Our 60 minute Yoga classes for LBTH Staff only, offer a gentle introduction to basic Yoga techniques such as postures, breathing and meditation. Our coach will welcome and guide you through a session designed to improve flexibility, strength, all round fitness, and well-being. Perfect for those who want to get back to exercise or are new to exercise, with all abilities welcome. You may wish to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout.
