Description: 

Our gentle movement classes are great for adding some fitness back into your routine. This class is great if you’ve been inactive for a while; our coaches always offer modifications so you can take it at your own pace! There is always a place you can start, and this is it. You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout & a mat if you have one. Please register and Book In for your class to reserve your space & of course we'd love for you to bring a friend along as well!
