Our gentle Tai Chi Movement for Wellbeing classes are great for adding some fitness back into your routine.
Tai chi Movement for Wellbeing is a unique blend of mindfulness and movement, which means it has physical, mental and emotional benefits.
This class is great if you’ve been inactive for a while; our coaches always offer modifications so you can take it at your own pace!
You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout.
