Description: 

*** session to take place on Pitch 3, which is a short 5 minute walk from the club. In a north west direction head towards and past the 3G artificial pitch, follow the footpath to the left, cross over the book, head through the tunnel on your right under the railway embankment and through the gate you’ll find pitch 3 and 4*** Our 60 minute Bootcamp style workout offers a full body workout. This class is suited to all levels, as our coaches always offer modifications so you can take it at your own pace! You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout. Please register and Book In for your class to reserve your space & of course we'd love for you to bring a friend along as well!
