Our beginner circuit classes will introduce you to a new set of bodyweight exercise each week.
This all levels class is perfect for beginners as our friendly coaches offer many different variations to suit all levels.
You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout.
Please register and Book In for your class to reserve your space & of course we'd love for you to bring a friend along as well!
