Description: 

Our 60 minute Boxfit classes offer a fun and interactive way to keep fit. Your coach will introduce you to simple boxing techniques using glove and pad work combined with a cardio workout. We'll provide variations for different fitness levels, so it's perfect for beginners or anyone getting back into fitness. Our coaches will provide all the equipment. You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout. Please Book in for your class to guarantee your space & of course we'd love for you to bring a friend along as well! "
