Description:
HIIT Parkour is a 45min session that fuses short bursts of Parkour (running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, and rolling) with bouts of high intensity interval training.
The workout is inspired by NaturesGym and thrives from being outdoors and using natural surroundings to improve your fitness with added health benefits.
