Description: 

You will learn to spin the hoop on different parts of your body and will be shown a series of moves with the hoop. Each class will always start with a warm-up and finish with a cool down. The emphasis will be on fitness, having fun and no experience is necessary.   All hoops are provided and the class is open to all
