Description:
Our 30 minute gentle Stretch classes are great for adding some fitness back into your routine.
This class is great if you’ve been inactive for a while; our coaches always offer modifications so you can take it at your own pace!
You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout.
If the 10:30 session at Wembley Library is fully booked, you can attended this session at 11:00.
Please note the capacity for the session is 10 people, so bookings will be taken on a first-come-first served basis.
