Pilates HIIT is a fusion of Pilates-inspired moves and HIIT training to give you a full-body burn that builds strength, balance, and endurance using just your bodyweight. Expect planks, pulses, power, and plenty of sweat.  Please bring a mat to this class your abs will thank you.
