Our 60 minute Qi Gong class for LBTH Staff only, excellent for people new to exercise or returning to exercise from time away.
Learn to mobilise your whole body, strengthen your posture and regulate your breath.
Main benefits include the development of your balance, coordination and sense of calm.
You may wish to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout.
