Our gentle strength building classes can have a huge impact on your overall health.  It can help to improve your posture and can help you strengthen muscles and maintain good posture. This class is great if you’ve been inactive for a while; our coaches always offer modifications so you can take it at your own pace! You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout.
