The Waltham Forest ‘Park Off’ will be a 2hour event followed by a picnic in Lloyd:

The teams
:: Each team will have a color (headband with OP logo) and maximum participants per team will be 30
Challenges:
:: Bleep test (last Parker standing)
:: Burpee Challenge (last Parker standing)
:: Wheel Burrow Race (Heats, Semi and Final)
:: Tug of war (each park goes against each other – winner will receive points)
