A fun circuit class geared at those returning to fitness, where a group of exercises are completed one after the other with short to long recovery breaks in between. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, as by mixing up the body weight moves and changing the intensity with some boxing elements thrown in throughout the workout, you'll keep your body challenged and your mind focused.
