Join the 30 minute Our Parks Rise & Shine Barre fitness full body workout live sessions from the comfort of your home. Barre Fitness is an energetic hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training which incorporates free standing, barre-based and mat-based exercises.  You will need a ‘barre’ which can be the back of a chair/kitchen counter/mantelpiece, small weights (1kg) or tin cans and a mat!  Our Coach will go live at the advertised start time and you can join by clicking the live link.
