Description:
Join the 30 minute Our Parks Live Stretch and Flex sessions.
These class are developed to improve posture, flexibility and mobility, through a series of body weight movements with dynamic and static stretches to encourage our muscles and joints to open and lengthen.
Classes are designed for all abilities. We have chair-based exercises, standing exercises and floor exercises.
Each week has a specific focus to ensure all abilities are catered for. In addition, we suggest using household items to enhance our workout and develop our overall health.
Our Coach will go live at the advertised start time and you can join by clicking the live link.
